Your project details, handled with care
Privacy
policy.
This page explains what happens to details you send through the MillionDollarWeb project enquiry form, how we use them, and how to contact us with a privacy request.
Back to MillionDollarWebInformation you provide
When you save the first step of a project brief, we receive your name, company, email address, project goal, and follow-up choice. If you complete the next step, we also receive your business type, budget range, preferred timeline, and any extra details you choose to add.
The sample previews on this website do not submit enquiry details. The form sends its first-step details when you choose “Save and continue”; the remaining project details are sent when you submit the second step.
How we use and share it
We use your brief to review the project, respond to your enquiry, and manage the project conversation. We do not add form submissions to an automated marketing list. If you agree to project follow-up, email follow-up may be sent through the connected CRM when its workflow allows it.
The site’s Cloudflare Worker saves submitted briefs in Cloudflare D1. Brief details are synchronized to Twenty, our connected CRM, where they support contact, application, and project-note records. Messages sent to hello@milliondollarweb.site are forwarded to our business inbox through Cloudflare email forwarding.
Cloudflare provides the site hosting, API, database, and email forwarding. Twenty receives the CRM records needed to manage an enquiry. These providers may process technical information as part of delivering their services.
Browser storage
After you save a brief, the site sets a necessary mdw_session cookie so your browser can find and resume that saved brief. In production it is HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=Lax, and expires after seven days. The site also uses session storage for a small intro preference and a request key that helps safely retry a form submission. It is not used for advertising.
Retention
The session cookie expires after seven days. That expiry ends the cookie’s ability to reopen a saved brief; it does not delete the brief itself. The current site has no automatic purge for saved project application records in D1. Records synchronized to Twenty follow that system’s settings.
To help limit automated submissions, the API stores a salted hash of the connecting IP address for rate-limit checks and removes older rate-limit entries as its window rolls forward. Cloudflare may also process request and network information to operate its services.
Your requests
For a question or request to access, correct, or delete information in an enquiry, email hello@milliondollarweb.site and include enough detail for us to identify the request. The enquiry cookie is only for resuming the brief; it does not provide an account or a self-service deletion control.
We may update this page when the site’s data handling changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
